Fethard GAA Club is affiliated to the South Division of Tipperary GAA and have been Tipperary Senior Football champions on a record twenty one occasions. Fethard Ladies Football made history in 2022 winning the County Senior A Football Championship for the first time. Fethard GAA provide training in mens and ladies football, hurling and camogie.
Fethard Town Park is the Regional Centre of Excellence for Munster Rugby. The partnership will see Munster Rugby’s underage and development squads have access to state-of-the-art facilities at Fethard Town Park.
Fethard & District Rugby Football Club was founded in 2001. Fethard & District RFC provide training in senior, underage, minis and tag rugby. Fethard has both boys & girls teams at all ages.

Fethard Town Park is the Regional Centre of Excellence for Tipperary GAA Football. Located adjacent to existing Fethard GAA grounds, Fethard Town Park was chosen as the Regional Centre of Excellence for Tipperary Football because of its excellent facilities including the first full size All-Weather floodlit pitch in the county.
